About Us

Olivia Barden, the owner and founder of Texas Land Solutions, has 20 years of experience working in Texas as a title examiner for both real estate surface and minerals. She is an expert at using Deed Plotter software and creating detailed title reports.

Also on staff is a JD, CPL, Accredited Small Business Consultant and former VP and Chairman of the Legal Committee for a large HOA in Denver, CO, with over 40 years of hands-on business start-up, operation and advisory experience.

The TLS team is familiar with the Texas Property Code as it applies to HOAs and has direct experience with rewriting By-Laws, CC&Rs, and drafting Deeds, curative documents, Letters of Intent, Purchase & Sale Agreements, Employment Contracts, Indemnification Agreements, and many other types of business documents.

In addition to the foregoing services, TLS also assists HOAs in the collection of delinquent dues, fees, fines and other monies owed to the organization through excess funds filings and lien enforcement proceedings.
